Marion Szeiler (www.szeilerei.com) started her consulting company after more than 30 years in international HR-Management in the role of a global HR-Executive.

As a consultant she offers manifold hands-on HR-experience combined with psychological and therapeutic training. Her portfolio includes HR-Strategy Consulting, Change Management, Coaching and Training. Marion contributes additional know-how and complementary skills to the projects of Heimel Consulting and vice versa.
